ELITE START is a specialized 12-week elective program offered by Universal Technical Institute. Students learn specific operations and procedures followed in today's Mercedes-Benz dealerships. World class UTI instructors teach students how to diagnose and repair the brand's most advanced vehicles, allowing them to acquire a unique skill set that is invaluable in gaining employment at a Mercedes-Benz dealership.

Program Prerequisites - UTI

In order to qualify for the ELITE START program you must be a UTI student or graduate. In addition you must have completed all Automotive Technology core program courses except:

  • Power and Performance 1a
  • Power and Performance 1b
  • Power and Performance 2
  • Professional Service Writing

Financial Aid

ELITE ADVANCED takes automotive education to the next level as the most comprehensive, in depth Mercedes-Benz training program available. Every student receives hands-on training that is highly specialized as they are given the opportunity to work on innovative vehicles while learning from passionate instructors at the top of their game.

As an invitation only program, ELITE ADVANCED is an exclusive opportunity reserved for high performing UTI students who have completed their core automotive program. Mercedes-Benz USA sets forth stringent requirements to select and recruit technicians with the greatest potential and aptitude. The resulting skills and experience gained from this training program leave graduates ready for employment in Mercedes-Benz dealerships upon graduation.
